Miller’s pleasing fourth Amish mystery set in and around Stone Mill, Pa. (after 2016’s Plain Dead), finds B and B owner Rachel Mast, who has left the Amish faith in which she was raised, attending to her mother, who’s undergoing chemotherapy.
